AI App permissions by role
If you are a Glean Super admin or Admin, you can enable anyone at your organization to create AI Apps.
Here is an overview of Glean roles and their AI App permissions:

How to assign the AI App Creator role to any Member
Follow these steps to assign the AI App Creator role to any Member in your organization.
1) In Workspace, go to Teammates and click Edit next to any teammate's name to whom you want to assign the AI App Creator role.
2) In the modal that opens, toggle on the AI App Creator role. Then click Save.
The Member may need to hard refresh their browser for the new setting to take effect.
