Star a result to ensure it appears at the top of your results for a particular query.
When you come across a search result that should be ranked higher on the page, hover over the result and click on the "More" button. In the resulting menu, star the result so the next time you search for that query (or similar queries), that result will appear first.
Results you star will only apply to you - they won't be starred for anyone else in your organization.
Starred results also help the Glean team improve how ranking works over time.
